28 years of leading. A lifetime of travel.
I'm Kay Jones, a retired Navy officer who spent 28 years leading complex initiatives, 14 of those years living across Asia, Europe, the Middle East, and Hawaii. I know what it means to carry responsibility, and how rare it is to step away without still being the one coordinating everything.
That's why I do this work: to create space for you to fully step into the experience instead of managing it.
