Women's Retreats

A few days where someone takes care of you

You're the one who remembers everything. The one who plans, anticipates, and carries it all. My retreats exist so that for a few days on a quiet shore, none of that is your job.

Where We've Been

Three shores. The same deep exhale.

Each retreat is intentionally small, hosted personally, and built around rest, connection, and the kind of experiences you'd never coordinate for yourself.

What Makes These Different

Carrying less, on purpose

Every experience is intentionally chosen to create space in your days rather than fill them. Mornings that start slowly. Meals you never had to book. Afternoons with nothing expected of you.

You'll share the table with a small group of women who understand the weight you carry, because they carry it too. Many arrive alone. No one leaves feeling that way.

When someone else carries the logistics, you finally have the freedom to carry only what matters.

What's Included

Every retreat comes fully arranged

Flights are the one thing you book (with my guidance). Everything after wheels-down is already handled:

  • Accommodations for 6 days, 5 nights in a private room
  • All meals, chef-prepared, from welcome dinner to farewell breakfast
  • All excursions and retreat activities, guided and pre-arranged
  • Roundtrip airport transfers on arrival and departure
  • A 30-minute pre-retreat call to refine your goals and intentions
  • Spa and wellness experiences, from massages to volcanic mineral baths
  • Cultural experiences like chef-led cooking classes and guided nature walks
  • Kay on-site, hosting personally from first arrival to last goodbye

On the December 2027 Exhale Experience that means catamaran sailing beneath the Pitons, the Tet Paul Nature Trail, Sulphur Springs mud baths, Toraille Waterfall, a beach day beneath Gros Piton, a chef-led cooking experience, and one spa treatment. $5,000 all-inclusive, $750 deposit.
