Retreat Terms & Conditions
1. Booking & Payments
- A deposit is required to secure your spot (the deposit amount is listed on each retreat page).
- Monthly payments are required until the full balance is paid.
- The full retreat balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
- Payments are non-refundable unless canceled 180+ days before the retreat start date (excluding the deposit).
- If you are unable to attend, payments (excluding the deposit) may be transferred to a future retreat or an approved guest, upon written request and approval.
2. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- A $500 portion of your total retreat payment is non-refundable.
- If you cancel 180+ days before the retreat start date, you may request a refund of payments made (excluding the non-refundable portion).
- Alternatively, payments (excluding the non-refundable portion) may be transferred to a future retreat or an approved new guest, upon written request and application approval.
- Cancellations made within 180 days of the retreat are non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
- Refunds, if approved, may take up to 30 days to process.
- Travel insurance with emergency medical and evacuation coverage is strongly recommended.
3. What Is Included
- Accommodations for 6 days, 5 nights.
- All meals, excursions, and retreat activities.
- Roundtrip airport transfers upon arrival and departure.
- One 30-minute pre-retreat call to refine your goals and intentions.
Not included: flights, travel insurance, passport fees, and personal expenses.
4. Travel & Passport Requirements
- A valid passport is required (expiration date must be at least 6 months after the retreat ends).
- Participants are responsible for booking their own flights.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to cover unexpected disruptions, delays, or medical emergencies.
5. Liability & Assumption of Risk
- By attending, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including but not limited to natural disasters, flight delays or cancellations, personal injury or illness, and loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Nourish Your Life, LLC is not responsible for injuries, lost or stolen items, or trip interruptions.
- Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may impact their ability to participate safely.
- Guests assume full responsibility for their health, safety, and well-being.
6. Media Release
- Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing and promotional purposes.
- If you do not wish to be photographed, notify us in writing prior to the retreat start date.
7. Room Assignments & Changes
- All rooms are single occupancy unless otherwise noted.
- Room selections are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis upon application approval.
8. Force Majeure
- If the retreat is canceled due to unforeseen events (for example natural disasters, travel bans, or pandemics), a partial refund or credit may be issued.
- Nourish Your Life, LLC is not responsible for additional travel costs incurred due to unforeseen cancellations.
9. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in the state of Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
- Both parties waive their right to litigation in court.
Travel Planning Services
Planning fees for travel advisory services (Curated Travel Selection, Complete Travel Design, and Private Group & Retreat Experiences) are due before design work begins and are non-refundable once work has started. Travel costs such as accommodations, transfers, and experiences are paid to the providers and are governed by each provider's own terms, which will be shared with you before booking.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
